Mr. Daniel Gahlman is the Director of Risk Management Services in the Risk Management Department at Diversified Insurance Services.

Mr. Gahlman has over 12 years of experience in risk, safety, quality assurance, loss control and risk engineering consulting services. Dan provides key services and expertise focused on the improvement of client risk profiles. His areas of expertise include risk analysis, safety and loss control program development and evaluation, OSHA compliance, fleet safety and construction. He brings broad experience in property and casualty risks across a spectrum of industry segments in both middle market and large accounts.

He most recently was a senior risk engineer consultant with the 4th largest US Property Casualty Insurance carrier.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in education and occupational safety. He earned his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation in 2004, is a Professional member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and holds an associate in risk management (ARM) designation from the American Institute of Certified Property Casualty Underwriters.


Nicole Tubeszewski
Risk Management Specialist

Nicole Tubeszewski is a Risk Management Specialist in the Risk Management Services Department. Nicole assists clients with identifying and mitigating the risk and exposures found within their operations and facilities. She develops policies, procedures, training and orientation programs to address the opportunities for risk profile improvement in the areas of safety and loss control.

Nicole has been with Diversified for four years, beginning her career as an intern in the Risk Management Department and quickly progressing to Risk Management Specialist. She has worked with a wide–range of clients including manufacturers, food processors, agribusiness, and construction and transportation industries.

Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and holds her Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation. She is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and a member of the Waukesha Area Safety Council.



Roland (Ben) Sieg

Roland (Ben) Sieg has joined Diversified Insurance Services to provide the Risk Management Services Department special expertise in industrial hygiene.  Ben will assist with the identification and reduction of clients exposures associated with potentially hazardous airborne chemicals, noise and indoor air quality. 
 
Ben brings an extensive background in safety and health loss control with a proven ability to analyze problems, develop cost effective solutions, and consult effectively with management and staff at all levels.  For over 25 years, Ben has excelled in the evaluation of exposures and controls for a broad range of industries/operations which include: manufacturing, construction, service/hospitality, education, retail and commercial fleets. 

Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and later completed his master’s degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.    In addition, Ben holds a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.  His most  current experience is as an Industrial Hygiene/Biosafety Technician for the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
