Diversified utilizes a strong and collaborative team model where respect is demonstrated in everything we do.

Diversified realizes the importance of physical and mental health and wellness, and promotes flexible scheduling to help support a healthy work/life balance. We feature health-centric amenities including an on-site fitness facility, company sponsored healthy snacks, access to an on-site nurse/health coach, and offer an array of educational programs during the year. To further support our associates and their families, Diversified offers paid maternity and paternity leave and a company match to dependent care flexible spending accounts.

Giving back to the community is strong part of Diversified Insurance Solutions. This includes a wide variety of charitable giving every year highlighted by our Spark Diversified's Giveback program. This program provides monetary grants throughout the year to local non-profit organizations that are looking to spark positive change in the community. In addition, we offer "SPARK Power Hours", where associates are allotted company paid volunteer hours to roll up our sleeves and help tackle projects for community organizations that need assistance. Aside from the Spark program, we are longtime fundraising participants of the MS Walk – Milwaukee and the Annual United Way Campaign, host multiple blood drives, and run an annual "Giving Tree" initiative to gather gifts for families/individuals in need during the holiday season.
