Fun Atmosphere and Inclusive Culture:

groupDISHave you heard the phrase “work hard and play hard”?  At Diversified we live it.  Throughout the year our associates participate in a number of company sponsored activities that encourage associate interaction. Our summer golf league, spring bowling party, company basketball team and annual holiday party are some of the agency favorites. In addition, we have a number of events we hold right here in the office.  Diversified’s M.O.M. (Monthly Overview Meeting) brings associates together to learn what’s going on throughout the organization and is followed by a catered lunch. We also host company BBQ’s & Pig roasts accompanied by outdoor games during the summer months to celebrate our success together.

Our wellness program includes conveniences to support healthy lifestyles like:  company provided healthy snacks during the week, access to on-site nurse/health coach, exercise classes, fitness competitions, and more. Community Involvement:

shermanparkGiving back to our community is strong part of who we are. One of the major ways we give back to our community is through our Spark Giveback Grant Program. This program awards monetary grants throughout the year to local non-profit organizations. In addition, we now offer SPARK Power Hours, where associates roll up our sleeves and help tackle projects for community organizations. The program is associate-driven and our Spark committee offers leadership opportunities to those involved. Aside from the Spark program, we are committed to helping our community year-round. Some other we ways we give back include volunteering and participating in the MS Walk, hosting blood drives and giving gifts to families in need during the holiday season.  We support associate participation with DVTO (paid volunteer time) and promote volunteer opportunities as a way to be involved in our local neighborhoods.

Flexible Schedule & Telecommuting:

Diversified understands that a balance between home and work life is important to the overall happiness and productivity of our associates. To support a work/life balance, we offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to telecommute. This allows associates to work the hours that make the most sense for their schedules and accommodate individuals’ needs while providing coverage and support to our internal and external customers. Our “Summer Hours” program is another perk in which associates take a shorter lunch during the summer weeks and start their weekend earlier on Fridays.
