Fun Atmosphere and Inclusive Culture:
At Diversified we follow the phrase "work hard, play hard." Throughout the year our associates participate in a number of company sponsored activities that encourage associate interaction. Our summer golf league, spring bowling party, company basketball team and annual holiday party are some of the agency favorites. In addition, we have a number of events we hold right here in the office. Diversified’s M.O.M. (Monthly Overview Meeting) brings associates together to learn what’s going on throughout the organization and is followed by a catered lunch. In addition, we offer "SPARK Power Hours", where associates are allotted company paid volunteer hours to roll up our sleeves and help tackle projects for community organizations that need assistance.
